This course will cover how to reduce your radiation exposure, some good work practices you can use in the laboratory to minimize the chance of spreading contamination and to minimize the chance of contaminating yourself. We'll talk about radiation safety instruments and how they should be used, and also accidents in the laboratory, and specifically skin contamination or spills, and how to deal with them.
